The following outlines the official terms and conditions for participation in Star Miss Teen India, organized and owned by StarEP Business India Private Limited.
Contestants are required to thoroughly read and adhere to these terms to be eligible for participation.
Eligibility Criteria
1. Citizenship:
– The candidate must be a bona fide Indian citizen, holding valid Indian identification proof, and residing in India under applicable laws.
– Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) with Indian roots and residing abroad are also eligible to apply.
2. Age:
– Applicants must be between 13 to 18 years of age at the time of application.
– Proof of age (e.g., Aadhaar card, birth certificate, or school ID) will be required during registration.
3. Marital and Parental Status:
– Candidates must be single, never married, and have never given birth to a child.
– The candidate must not have participated in any ceremony, formal or informal, that constitutes marriage in any culture or country.
4. Health and Character:
– Candidates should be in good physical and mental health and possess good moral character.
– Any candidate found to be pregnant or diagnosed with a disqualifying health condition at the time of application will be deemed ineligible.
5. Conduct:
– Candidates must participate with discipline, punctuality, and professionalism throughout the event as per the given schedule.
– Candidates, their family members, and guests must maintain respectful and sportsmanlike behavior during all levels of the competition.
– Misconduct, non-compliance, or inappropriate behavior may lead to immediate disqualification without refund.
General Terms
1. Organizer’s Authority:
– StarEP Business India Private Limited reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
– All decisions made by the judges and organizers are final and binding on all participants.
2. Event Changes:
– The organizers reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or amend the event due to unforeseen circumstances, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
– No refunds will be provided under such conditions.
3. Liability:
– The organizers are not responsible for any loss, injury, or physical harm caused during participation.
– Participation in the event is at the candidate’s own risk.
4. Fees:
– The registration fee, voting amount, grooming fee, and other charges are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
5. Event Conduct:
– The organizers are not liable for the non-completion or cancellation of the event for any reason.
– Any dispute or concern related to the event shall be resolved internally by the organizing team, whose decision will be final and binding.
6. Ownership and Rights:
– Star Miss Teen India is a property of StarEP Business India Private Limited.
– It is organized and owned solely by StarEP Business India Private Limited.
– It is not affiliated with Star Group of India, Star India Pvt Ltd, or Star TV Network.
– The organizers reserve the right to use any images, videos, or recordings from the event for promotional or marketing purposes without additional compensation to the participants.
7. Dispute Resolution:
– Any dispute or legal matter arising in connection with participation shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
– The decision of the organizers shall remain final and binding in all matters related to the event.
