StarEP Business India Private Limited is the official license holder of Miss Grand India 2026.

The following outlines the official terms and conditions for participation in the Miss Grand India 2026 program, organized and owned by StarEP Business India Private Limited.

All participants are required to read these terms carefully and comply with them to be eligible for participation.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Citizenship:
– The candidate must be a bona fide Indian citizen holding valid Indian identification proof (such as Aadhaar card, passport, or voter ID).
– The candidate must be permanently residing in India under applicable laws.
– Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) with Indian roots may apply, provided they represent their native Indian state or region.

2. State Representation:
– Each participant must represent only the state or union territory where they were born, currently reside, or have a verified ancestral connection.
– Proof of residence or state affiliation may be required (e.g., domicile certificate, address proof, or birth certificate).

3. Age Criteria:
– Applicants must be between 18 to 35 years of age at the time of application.
– Proof of age is mandatory and must be provided through a valid government-issued document (e.g., Aadhaar card, passport, or birth certificate).

4. Height Requirement:
– The minimum required height for all applicants is 5 feet 3 inches (160 cm) without heels.
– Verification may be conducted during auditions or preliminary rounds.

5. Marital and Parental Status:
– Candidates must be single, never married, and have never given birth to a child.
– Candidates who have participated in any formal or informal marriage ceremony in any culture or country are ineligible.

6. Health and Character:
– Candidates must be in good physical and mental health, with no serious medical or psychological conditions.
– Candidates must possess a good moral character and clean public reputation.
– Pregnancy at any stage of participation will lead to disqualification.

7. Conduct and Commitment:
– Participants must adhere to all schedules, rehearsals, and events with discipline, punctuality, and professionalism.
– Candidates, their families, and guests are expected to maintain respectful and sportsmanlike behavior throughout the event.
– Any act of misconduct, defamation, or non-compliance may result in immediate disqualification without refund.

General Terms

1. Organizer’s Authority:
– StarEP Business India Private Limited reserves the right to modify, add, or amend any terms and conditions without prior notice.
– All decisions made by the judges, selection panels, and organizers are final and binding.

2. Event Changes:
– The organizers reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or alter the event or any of its segments due to unforeseen circumstances, natural calamities, or government directives.
– In such cases, no refunds will be provided.

3. Liability:
– The organizers shall not be held responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to the participant or their property during the course of participation.
– Participation is undertaken at the candidate’s own risk.

4. Fees:
– All payments made toward registration, audition, voting, grooming, or training are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

5. Event Conduct and Integrity:
– Any attempt to influence judging decisions, manipulate votes, or engage in unfair practices will lead to disqualification.
– The organizers maintain complete control over event operations and outcome determinations.

6. Ownership and Rights:
– Miss Grand India 2026 is a property of StarEP Business India Private Limited.
– It is organized and owned solely by StarEP Business India Private Limited.
– It is not affiliated with Star Group of India, Star India Pvt Ltd, or Star TV Network.
– By participating, contestants grant the organizers the right to use their name, image, video, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

7. Dispute Resolution:
– All disputes arising in connection with participation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
– The decision of the organizers shall remain final and binding in all matters.
