The following are the official terms and conditions of Miss Bharat 2025, owned by StarEP Business India Private Limited. Contestants must read and adhere to the following terms and conditions in order to participate in the Miss Bharat 2025 program.
Eligibility Criteria
1. Citizenship
– The applicant must be a bona fide Indian citizen, holding valid Indian ID proof, and residing in India under applicable laws.
– Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) with Indian roots and residing abroad are also eligible to apply.
2. Age
– Applicants must be between 18 to 35 years of age at the time of application.
– Proof of age (e.g., Aadhaar card, birth certificate) may be required.
3. Health and Character
– Applicants must be of good health, sound mind, and possess good moral character.
– Applicants with a history of mental illness or any criminal (civil or criminal) cases against them are not eligible.
4. Marital and Parental Status
– Applicants must be single, never married, and have never participated in any ceremony, formal or informal, recognized as marriage in any culture or country.
– They must not have had a marriage annulled, nor have given birth to or parented a child.
5. Height: No height criteria.
General Terms
1. Conduct
– Applicants are required to participate in a disciplined and diligent manner throughout the competition as per the schedule provided by the organizers.
2. Event Changes and Liability
– The organizers reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or amend the event, including qualification rounds, at their discretion.
– The organizers are not liable for any non-completion or non-occurrence of the event.
– Participants will participate at their own risk, and the organizers will not be responsible for any loss or physical injury incurred during the competition.
3. Decisions
– All decisions of the judges and organizers are final and binding.
4. Fees
– Registration fees, application fees, and grooming fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
5. Ownership
– Miss Bharat 2025 is owned by StarEP Business India Private Limited and is not associated with Star Group of India, Star India, or Star TV.
