Cancellation and Refund Policy

Overview
- At Star Entertainment Production, we understand that plans can change. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which cancellations and refunds are processed for our pageant events and related services.
- Event Registration Cancellation
- Cancellation by Participant If you need to cancel your registration for a pageant event, please notify us as soon as possible. The cancellation request must be submitted in writing via email to mailto:info@starentertainmentproduction.com
- Cancellation Deadlines and Refunds
- More than 90 Days Before Event: If you cancel more than 90 days before the event, you are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee.
- Less than 90 Days Before Event: Cancellations made less than 90 days before the event are not eligible for a refund.
- No-Show: If you do not attend the event and have not notified us in advance, you will not be eligible for a refund.
- Event Postponement or Cancellation by Us
- Postponement If an event is postponed, your registration will be automatically transferred to the new event date. We will notify you of the new date and any changes to the event details. If you cannot attend the rescheduled event, you may request a refund as outlined in Section.
- Cancellation If we cancel an event for any reason, you will be eligible for a full refund of the registration fee. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during registration.
- Refund Process
- Processing Time Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of the cancellation request or event cancellation. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
- Non-Refundable Fees Certain fees, such as processing fees or administrative fees, may be non-refundable. These fees will be specified at the time of registration and are not included in the refund amount.
- Special Circumstances
- Medical or Emergency Situations If you need to cancel due to a medical emergency or other extenuating circumstances, please provide appropriate documentation with your cancellation request. We will review these requests on a case-by-case basis and may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion.
- 5.2. Transfers Registrations are non-transferable. If you are unable to attend, you may not transfer your registration to another person.
