The following outlines the official terms and conditions for participation in the Miss Bharat national pageant.
All contestants are required to thoroughly read and adhere to these terms to be eligible for participation.
About Miss Bharat
Miss Bharat is a prestigious national beauty pageant that represents India on global platforms.
Miss Bharat holds the official national licenses to represent India at the following international pageants:
Miss Global
Miss Eco International
Miss Aura International
Miss Icon International
Winners of Miss Bharat will be crowned as official representatives of India to compete at these internationally recognized events.
Eligibility Criteria
1. Citizenship:
– The candidate must be a bona fide Indian citizen holding valid Indian identification proof (Aadhaar, Passport, or Voter ID).
– Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) with Indian roots are also eligible to apply, provided they hold proof of Indian origin.
2. Age:
– Applicants must be between 18 to 35 years of age at the time of application.
– Proof of age (e.g., Aadhaar card, birth certificate, or passport) is mandatory.
3. Height Requirement:
– The candidate must have a minimum height of 5 feet (152.4 cm) without heels.
– Height verification may be conducted during auditions or final screening.
4. Marital and Parental Status:
– Candidates must be single, never married, and have never given birth to a child.
– The candidate must not have participated in any formal or informal ceremony that constitutes marriage under any culture or law.
5. Health and Character:
– Candidates should be in good physical and mental health and must possess good moral character.
– Pregnancy, serious health issues, or any mental disorder at the time of application will result in disqualification.
6. Conduct:
– Participants are expected to demonstrate professionalism, discipline, and respect throughout the competition.
– Any misconduct, defamation, or violation of event rules may lead to immediate disqualification without refund.
– Candidates, family members, or guests must maintain appropriate and sportsmanlike behavior during all event activities.
General Terms
1. Organizer’s Authority:
– Miss Bharat reserves the right to modify, amend, or cancel any terms, conditions, or event procedures without prior notice.
– All decisions made by the judges and organizing committee are final and binding.
2. Event Changes:
– The organizers reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or amend the event in case of unforeseen circumstances, such as pandemics, natural calamities, or government restrictions.
– No refunds will be issued in such cases.
3. Liability:
– The organizers shall not be held responsible for any loss, injury, damage, or accident incurred during the course of participation.
– All participation is undertaken at the candidate’s own risk.
4. Fees:
– All registration, grooming, training, and voting fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
5. Event Conduct:
– The organizers are not liable for non-completion or cancellation of the event for any reason.
– Any issue arising during the event will be resolved internally by the organizing team, whose decision will be final.
6. Ownership and Rights:
– Miss Bharat is an independent organization and holds full rights over its title, branding, and representation.
– The organizers hold the exclusive rights to use participants’ names, photographs, videos, and event footage for publicity, media, and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
7. Representation Rights:
– Winners of Miss Bharat will represent India internationally at Miss Global, Miss Eco International, Miss Aura International, and Miss Icon International.
– The organization reserves the right to allocate titles and representation based on performance, eligibility, and discretion.
8. Dispute Resolution:
– All legal disputes or claims related to the event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
– The decision of Miss Bharat Organization will be final and binding in all matters.

By submitting an application, the candidate confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by all the above terms and conditions in full.
Participation in Miss Bharat implies unconditional acceptance of these rules and the authority of the organization.
